Well, it finally happened. After doing everything right, Melanie succeeded in getting the “All is GOOD” from her Cardiologist. Daily ECG’s (sometimes twice a day, zero new AF incidents), 100% compliance with her CPAP machine (from 81 apneic periods an hour down to less than 1 per hour) and multiple days at the gym she reached her goal. Her risk factors are the lowest she can have. Can’t change being female and over 60. She has now been removed from Eliquis; an anticoagulant used for chronic Atrial Fibrillation. You can read how this started at Health Postponment, a previous post. She can now travel again while spreading her smile and joy around the world.

We will now be speaking at Horizons Unlimited and doing some classes for Accident Scene Management, where I am a Lead Instructor and seeing friends and family for part of the summer before we leave for our next adventure.
Cheers,
