We are not much on seeing cities, but sometimes the history and beauty lures us in. Budapest was one of those places. I felt like I could almost live there. On top of that my rear tire was almost beyond done, and it seemed that the only place with tires was here, just outside of the city. The motocamp Budapest was very sterile, but nice. It could be CoVID again, but everything felt very untrusting. The location was perfect though, so that more than made up for the hosts. First up was sourcing the tires. We stopped about 40 kilometers south of town at the fifth motorcycle shop of the day. The owner was fantastic. He didn’t have any tires but told us where to find some, in the city. I guess this place supplies the tires to the area.

I’m just going to post a bunch of pictures of Budapest, enjoy.

Well, that’s it for now. The next post will be about Overland Expo East and our ride through the Appalachians last week.
Cheers,
